🇷🇺🇺🇦🇺🇸🇪🇺El vicecanciller ruso Serguéi Riabkov ha mantenido una entrevista con el canal de televisión Rossiya 1, cuyas principales reflexiones ha compartido la agencia TASS.
En el caso de Ucrania, Riabkov mantiene que tanto Rusia como Estados Unidos están cerca de resolver el conflicto, pero debe de realizarse un último esfuerzo. Según el político ruso, los 20 puntos que ha hecho públicos Zelensky contienen numerosas y fundamentales diferencias con respecto al que Rusia estaría negociando con Estados Unidos. En este punto, Riabkov ha recordado la reunión entre Trum y Putin en Anchorage, manifestando que no deberían desviarse de lo que allí se habló.
Finalmente, reconoció que para Rusia, Ucrania debe ser un país amigo, y que se pondrá voluntad en que así sea.
En cuanto a Europa, el vicecanciller ruso ha reiterado que la Federación Rusa está intentando prevenir una guerra con Europa, pero que ésta última parece estar pensando en tenerla. Afirma que es una equivocación pensar que se puede vencer a Rusia en un conflicto abierto y que, si bien Rusia está dispuesta a hablar con la Unión Europea, ésta no ha mostrado señales de ello.
Sobre Estados Unidos, se mantiene la necesidad de llegar a un acuerdo para eliminar el riesgo de un conflicto nuclear, reconociendo que no hay avances en las negociaciones.

According to the Russian politician, the 20 points made public by President Zelensky contain numerous and fundamental differences compared to what Russia is reportedly negotiating with the United States. | 3 | 🇨🇩Las fuerzas armadas de la República Democrática del Congo (FARDC), apoyadas por sus aliados de Wazalendo, recuperaron el jueves 25 de diciembre el control de la ciudad de Makobola, situada entre los territorios de Uvira y Fizi, en la provincia de Kivu del Sur, tras la retirada de los rebeldes del AFC/M23.

The latest claim follows a months-long lull in Saraya Ansar al-Sunnah's claimed attacks, which have largely taken the form of alleged targeted killings of minorities and what the group describes as "remnants" of the former Syrian government of Bashar al-Assad.

According to Russian sources, the video is likely about a week old, although it was only recently shared.
The images show, according to the same sources, the headquarters of the 102nd Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Russian troops can be seen taking control of the site with some equipment still powered on and a large amount of paper documentation. Apparently, the Ukrainians had neither the time nor the inclination to destroy the information stored there.
One of the points emphasized about this recording is the absence of background combat sounds, suggesting this as evidence of relatively weak Ukrainian activity in the area.
