How come there's zero Title 32 funding by "Biden?"  How come the ONLY Title 32 anything by "Biden" is a CONTINUATION of the ACTIVATION by PDJT? In Feb. 2024, PDJT was the ONLY person with a Presidential title seen at the Border Crisis in Del Rio and Eagle Pass, Texas, with Governor and Adjutant General of Texas. The week before and after his speech at the Border, 14 States deployed to Texas. There’s no Title 10 Order by “Biden” on record. The CLOSEST Title 10 anything by "Biden" was in 2023... was an ADDITION to Troops at Border. Google will tell you that "Biden" terminated the National Emergency at the Southern Border, but the LAWS and ORDERS show that's not the case.  The ONLY Order in place for the Southern Border is a Title 10 invocation of Section 12302 from Proclamation 9844, from February 5, 2019.  One, the Adjutant General reports to the Governor UNLESS the National Guard are Federalized by Title 10.  a. PDJT was the ONLY person with a Presidential title seen at the Border Crisis in Del Rio and Eagle Pass, Texas, with Governor and Adjutant General of Texas, from 2021-2025. b. The ONLY Federalization Order for the Southern Border was Proclamation 9844 from February 5, 2019.  Two, PDJT just posted on Dec. 2, 2025, ALL "Biden" Executive Actions and Legal Documents have 'No Legal Effect' which means Void Ad Initio meaning NEVER EXISTED Lawfully.  That ALSO means they cannot be revised in the future after PDJT because they NEVER EXISTED Lawfully.
