When I visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar for the first time... I started to CRY 😭 Prior to my visit, I had heard of the existence of a “golden temple” floating on water. And I knew I wanted to go there one day. I started practicing the Kundalini Activation Technique several years before my visit. One of my teachers asked me if I ever wanted to go to India. After a brief moment, he told me that the Harmandir Sahib (aka. the Golden Temple) was the most holy shrine of the Kundalini Lineage. This lineage is also known as the golden chain. When I finally stepped into the temple: I started to cry uncontrollably. My body was shaking. It was as if my body was getting rid of all the baggage I had been carrying with me.
