✅Gs-3 : Mobilization of resources - Productivity 🅾️India's official metric for labour productivity is Gross Value Added (GVA) per worker or GVA per person employed- So GVA per worker/year is the key official metric. 🅾️ Sector-wise, tracked by MOSPI (NAS, ASI), Labour Ministry, and used in major national reports and policy documents. This measure is widely used for domestic comparisons (e.g., formal vs. informal, inter-state) and international benchmarking. 🔰Take away from this article ?- These arguments ⚜️1. Formalisation bridges Productivity and Wage Gaps ⚜️2. Mere job creation is not enough; the quality (formal vs. informal, productivity, security, upskilling) matters more for ensuring equitable development ⚜️3. Productivity and wage gaps between formal and informal sectors are wide. 🎖Join @hinduhighlights for News analysis @upschighlights for prelims info 🎖Please Subscribe : Youtube.com/vikaskanukollu

✅Gs- 4 - Ethics- values -Empathy and Emotional Intelligence as a value 🅾️What do you make out of this? - when human beings fail to offer empathy, even the illusion of empathy feels preferable to the cruelty of indifference.😅 ✳️ Dont blame the tech- the problem is the dearth of human warmth and a failure of moral imagination- We reduce life to transactions, judgments, or indifference. And in that vacuum, even a machine’s polite, patient replies feel safer than a human’s coldness.

⚠️Today is the 6th anniversary of this channel 🅾️Year 0 - click here 🅾️1st Anniversary - click here 🅾️2nd Anniversary - click here 🅾️3rd Anniversary - click here 🅾️4th Anniversary- Click here 🅾️5th Anniversary- Click here Last 6 years were challenging. The learning curve was very steep for me- This year, the biggest disruption is going to be the spread of AI tools- In my preliminary observation, instead of helping students its actually making it worse in terms of attention span. Tools can aide learning- not replace it . Remember, if you have the tool, so does everyone else- that makes AI a democratic tool- so the exam will evolve too! 🙂 August to december are usually the times were most aspirants are on a snooze mode. This is also the phase were toppers are born- Do watch this- https://youtu.be/KYtFzIQjIYA Nevertheless, Always grateful for your relentless support.
