The Truth About the Gaza War The Gaza war recorded the lowest civilian-to-combatant ratio in modern warfare, despite being fought under some of the most complex and demanding battlefield conditions any state military has ever faced. Israel’s forces confronted a literal underground war machine—a vast network of tunnels and command centers deliberately built beneath residential neighborhoods, hospitals, schools, and mosques. To make matters worse, the enemy’s combatants did not wear uniforms, intentionally blurring the line between civilians and fighters. The harsh reality is that a large portion of the civilian population supported the enemy’s actions and ideology, serving as human shields, informants, and logistical partners in sustaining terror operations. Yet, despite this, Israel’s leadership has often chosen to absorb greater military losses rather than risk civilian casualties among an enemy deeply embedded within its own people. This policy—shaped by elitist academics and policymakers detached from the battlefield and the realities of Jewish life—has come at a devastating cost. It is time to end this misguided doctrine. Strange? Not really. UNRWA's goal is not to help Palestinians move forward. It is to preserve their refugee status and fuel endless war against Israel. They lie. They manipulate. And they do it using your tax money - from the US, Europe, Japan and more. At the same time, Israel is sending over 500 food trucks into Gaza every single day.
