@Verizon BAIT & SWITCH! Told we had "Free Upgrades" to iPhone 17s at official corporate out-of-state store. One iPhone 17 was glitchy bad. 8 days of troubleshooting later, asked for replacement iPhone 17 Pro. Local AZ Verizon said we're being charged every month for original upgrades! Good Verizon local mgr called Corporate w/ us. No help! Bye Verizon after nearly 30 years.
