Christian values built the civilized world. We will not replace them with perversion disguised as compassion.

โ€œget Trump!โ€ has backfired again. Epstein was coaching a Democrat live in a congressional hearing on what questions to ask?

If the BBC wasn't a psyop outfit, then USAID would never have been it's 2nd largest source of funding. In TOTALLY unrelated news (sarc): MI6 officers frequently liaise directly with CIA officers in joint operations (such as the Russia Hoax).

Look who reposted this to understand the Op. This bill is all about putting Trump in a position where they think either choice (sign bill to release more [carefully prepared] Epstein files, or refuse to sign it) can be spun into damaging anti-Trump PR. Months or maybe even years of setup.

I'm kinda blown away by how badly the Dems bungled today's "Epstein Op". Multiple serious nutty errors that backfired while trying to pretend Epstein & Trump were best buddies.

I really don't know what MTG is up to right now, unless she's fishing for a position that will let her pick up support to run for a higher office?? https://x.com/TruthHammer4EVA/status/1989151118111424946?s=20

We literally have to fix our schools before we can catch up in professions where we are way behind. Our options in those cutting edge sciences are: 1) stop innovation until we have enough Americans to do the job 2) bring in outside talent to prop up the industry until we are growing enough grads at home

We can appreciate and believe in Trump without personally agreeing with everything he says (like 50 year loans), but he's tragically correct about certain skill shortages IMO. I got to experience first-hand how broken our universities are while trying to run a tech school and fighting accreditors to get any kind of permission to update our curriculum.

In case I have not already caused enough trouble today, I'll end today with this banger. SpaceX will soon be producing 1,000 rockets per year. The mind can scarcely comprehend how much they are reducing the cost to lift payloads into orbit. It is going to become so cheap an capacity so plentiful that civilian rides will be a thing in a few years. Inside of 10 years any flat earther who wants to will be able to ride up and take a look for themselves. True story. lol, it's gonna be hilarious.

Just been doing a little thinking about the way we build homes today vs the post WWII era. The majority of all new homes built are 3BR. 1950 3BR/1BA @ 983 sq ft x $94.56 (1950 inflation adjusted real cost per square foot) cost = $92,952. 2023 3BR/2BA @ 2,286 sq ft x $94.56 (1950 inflation adjusted real cost per square foot) cost = $216,164. We build our 3BR starter homes 2.3x the size of a 1950s home, and then we massively upgrade the materials, insulation, and quality of construction, so we pay $188/ft on average, instead of about $95... so our 2023 3BR/2BA costs about $428,000. So 1.98x (square foot cost) x 2.3x (size of house) = a total of 4.55x difference between a 2023 3BR vs 1950 3BR. If we built the small 983 sq ft 1950s home today, with upgrade materials, etc... it would be about $184k. Affordability: Average household income in the U.S. for the middle 80% (excluding top and bottom 10%) was about $99,700 in 2023. 1950s home built today would only cost 1.85 years of income. 2023 style home built today costs about 4.29 years of income. The LONG term house/income multiple across many generations has been around 3x-3.3x. So we are now building luxury homes that exceed safe long-term norms. We'd be a rich nation with almost no consumer debt if we still built small houses. Just food for thought.
