HHS is also taking action to remove gender dysphoria as a disability, and sending “warning letters” to breast binder manufacturers. A breast binder is a garment designed to compress and flatten the chest, often used by transgender and non-binary individuals to create a more masculine appearance or alleviate gender dysphoria.

His primary focus has been on men's health, and that is what he will focus on in his new HHS role.
