It Should Be Illegal to Gather Your Data; The Technologies Are Dangerous and Too Powerful Technologies for Mind Control with Dr. Nick Begich By Elze van Hamelen Few people realize how advanced and widespread technologies for mind control are. Yet if we want to realize freedom, we need to become aware of the many faces of mind control. Learning about these technologies is the first step to defend against them. Dr. Nick Begich was one of the earliest to warn of the dangers and proliferation of mind control capabilities and research. In addition to writing multiple books about the impacts of technology on society—including his well-known 1995 book (with Jeane Manning) about HAARP (titled Angels Don’t Play This HAARP)—in 2006 he wrote the groundbreaking book Controlling the Human Mind: The Technologies of Political Control or Tools for Peak Performance. Controlling the Human Mind discusses the history of mind control but also details how mind control technologies work and can be delivered. The technologies, entirely unregulated, are used by governments and private parties alike—whether to sell soap, financial products, or political agendas. Already in the 1980s, it was possible to affect emotional states with microwave technologies, light, or sound; read or transplant thoughts; create artificial sensations; and override or disrupt the body’s functioning (for example, of the organs). Instead of becoming outdated, the current “Omniwar” age of cognitive and neurowarfare has only made Controlling the Human Mind more relevant. After a long hiatus from public view, Begich made time for an interview with me to discuss the book as well as how the technologies have become even more potent by compounding mind control with big data, mass surveillance, and AI computing power. But there is also another side of the coin: Research into mind control has revealed much about the nature of consciousness and real human potential—what humans are actually capable of in higher brain states—and this is what Mr. Global may fear the most. Hero of the Week: February 3, 2025: Lyn Ulbricht This week, as we celebrate the full and unconditional presidential pardon of Ross Ulbricht, we also honor Ross’s mother, Lyn Ulbricht, as our Hero of the Week. Ross’s pardon is in large part the culmination of Lyn’s unceasing efforts to right the egregious miscarriage of justice that threw her son into maximum-security prison in 2013 with double life sentences plus 40 years and no possibility of parole. (Lyn noted in a 2022 interview that this sentence for non-violent offenses was twice as long as the sentence given to Sinaloa Cartel leader “El Chapo.”) Ross’s conviction related to the anonymous Silk Road e-commerce website he created at age 26 and ran for less than three years; all transactions were conducted with Bitcoin. As Lyn told Catherine in 2018 in a Special Solari Report interview, Ross was an idealist who had worked on a Ron Paul campaign and launched his website out of a passion for free markets, voluntaryism, and privacy. In that 2018 interview, Lyn speculated that Ross became the prosecutors’ “poster boy” and “trophy” because the powers-that-be didn’t like a “rebellious little cryptocurrency that they couldn’t control.” She also emphasized the far-reaching ramifications of her son’s case for First Amendment rights and the right to a fair trial. Movie of the Week: February 3, 2025: Billy & Molly: An Otter Love Story Garnering multiple nominations and awards, Billy & Molly: An Otter Love Story has delighted members of the Solari Team for its portrayal of various forms of love, self-growth, and the cycle of life. U.S. State Bullion Depositories A state bullion depository provides a state and its residents with a secure, in-state location to store gold and silver. The goal is to improve financial resiliency in a manner that protects the sovereign powers of the state and its residents by providing or supporting: • A reliable way to own gold and silver as a hedge against deterioration of the global market share and/or inflation resulting from debasement of the U.S. dollar • Transaction alternatives that protect against efforts to centralize control of financial transactions by banks and private parties outside of the state’s jurisdiction, including through such mechanisms as central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) and Fast Payment systems • A secure in-state custodian that can make it easier for residents to use their gold and silver in daily transactions In establishing bullion depositories, most (if not all) states will want to involve private parties to build, operate, and/or provide services to or through the depository. The purpose of this paper is to address issues related to integrity of operations, including, importantly, those involving private parties.
