How to grow your arms:
For beginners, smash your arms every 72 hours for the first 3 months. Do as many sets as you want. This shocks the muscle fibres, preparing them for growth.
After 3 months take a week off, then start training arms again but only once per week. Lift heavy enough that you fail somewhere between 6 & 12 reps per working set.
The number one rule is: If you aren’t getting stronger your arms wont be getting bigger.
Optimal exercises for biceps: Alternating dumbell curls & straight bar arm curls.

Prediction on today’s ‘Australia unites’ anti-government / anti-racist protest thing in Melbourne:
No one is talking about it.
Regular Australians who attended August 31st aren’t going. It hasn’t got the same appeal. It actually feels like a desperate effort to ‘overwrite’ the March for Australia with a series of detracting messages to obfuscate the source of Australia’s problems.
It’s being endorsed by antifa, who’ll be out for revenge after being humiliated in August.
There’ll be no unity.
Honestly, what’s the likelihood of pro-Israel conservatives sharing a space with pro-Palestine anti-racists without violence? These people hate each other and their messages are multi-faceted and conflicting.
There’s a small chance their common hatred for National Socialism might be enough to stop them trying to kill each other, but it’s more likely that the mere sight of opposition symbols and flags will instantly set them off.
Attendees are likely to be outnumbered by police and the media will try to attribute the failure of today to the March for Australia phenomenon, so it seems dead or deranged.
